Narratives of Resistance is an independent group of passionate individuals who primarily seek to raise funds for Palestine and Lebanon. As the crisis continues for over a year, an increasing number of Palestinian and Lebanese civilians need relief and aid. Ticket revenue will all be donated to ‘Medical Aid for Palestinians’ as it delivers aid for both Palestinians and Lebanese.

Doors:13:00,
Screening begins at 13:30
The event finishes at 17:30 on both days.
With branches in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Athens, Melbourne, London, and Nottingham, we seek to hold screenings and guided discussions in each city. These guided discussions will help audience members to engage deeply with the themes and issues presented in the short films. Alongside our philanthropic efforts, we seek to enable deeper learning and appreciation of Palestine and Lebanon’s history.
Narratives of Resistance will host a miniature film festival showcasing altogether 6 short films and documentaries from the Palestine Film Festival. Each day will hold 3 screenings with the following themes: childhood in the resistance, Palestine and Lebanon’s long history, and the iron-willed hope that Palestinians still hold. A skilled moderator will guide discussions after each screening and ensure that they will not stray from its educational purpose. Our moderators range from university professors to authors.
